Meet the Lakeway Area FCA Staff

Lakeway Area FCA is made up of five counties: Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Grainger, and Claiborne. Those counties include 38 school campuses. Marty Blakely is our Area Director, who has served on staff for six years. Peyton Bacon is an Area Representative serving in Jefferson County and is starting her third year of ministry. Randy Mouser is starting his first year on staff with FCA as an Ambassador and will be covering Grainger County, Claiborne County, and Lincoln Memorial University!

Marty Blakely 

Hi, I am Marty Blakely, the Area Director for FCA in the Lakeway Area in East Tennessee. The Lakeway Area covers five counties: Hamblen, Jefferson, Cocke, Grainger, and Claiborne. Our ministry area includes 38 schools, including 10 high schools and 3 Universities/Colleges.

Randy Mouser

  My name is Randy Mouser and I am an Ambassador in the Lakeway Area. I am starting my first year serving on staff for FCA after a career of teaching and coaching football for almost 40 years. 
I will minister in Grainger and Claiborne Counties along with Lincoln Memorial University!

Eban Noland

My name is Eban Noland and I am an Ambassador in the Lakeway area. I have played multiple sports throughout my career. I am now coaching football at Carson-Newman while earning my degree in Biblical studies. My passion is to build relationships with coaches and young athletes while reaching them with the good news of Jesus. I want to grow and make disciples who will make disciples in our area.

Alan Duncan

My name is Alan Duncan and I serve with FCA as an Ambassador in the Lakeway Area. I am starting my first year serving on staff for FCA after being an active volunteer with FCA for many years while serving as a missionary in South Africa. There I ministered stateside with my former missions organization and served on church staff for the last eight years before retiring in 2023. My main ministry focus is to minister to athletes and coaches on the Carson-Newman football team and help however needed in our area, with missions and leadership development. My wife's name is Andrea and we have four children and 11 grandchildren.
